Algol just stands there as he takes in each blow. "Hrm... better, but not enough!"
Just as she touches the ground, Algol swings horizontally with his right hand at her. This time, the cursed sword extends from his arm.

[HP=32/50] Talim's eyes widened fearfully as the tainted sword cut at her right thigh. With a grimace, she dropped to one knee and when she saw his next attack, she immediately rolled out of the way. By reading the wind around the weapon, she knew it was an imitation of the real Soul Edge but nonetheless, it was still a powerful weapon.
With a quick breath, she muttered some words to purify the evil energy eating at her wound on her thigh. One thing was taken care of but... she glanced at her shoulder to see that the injury the fake Soul Calibur had struck was beginning to ice over. She was in an extremely bad situation right now. As Algol advanced towards her, she backed away, wondering what she should do next. She quickly gasped when she realized that she too close to the edge of the roof. That was an extremely bad position to be in right now. "No!"

The hero king frowned as floated closer and closer to the wounded girl. "Is that all you got? If it is, then you gravely disappoint me. With all of that talk, I thought you would be more of a challenge."
When he was at arm's length, he tries to grab her neck.
"That reminds me. You never gave me your name, little one."

[HP=32/50] This was her chance. He was close enough for her to deal out her second strongest attack without fear of missing. Her eyes flashed as she whispered, "I am Talim... the last wind priestess." Summoning all of her strength in her left arm, she struck forward and yelled, "Take this, Raging Wind!" Blades of wind sharpened the deadly elbow blade and she aimed for Algol's chest.

Well then, "Talim." Accept your demise!
While she was correct in predicting that her aim is true, hitting the target is another issue altogether. As she rushes at his chest, Algol thrusts his chest out. Suddenly, six large grotesque ribs burst right out of his chest and thrust right at Talim. In addition, a powerful ball of energy fires out from his ribs as well.

It heard the faint sound of hooves galloping from where the dust cloud came from. It knew that it was no prey. It knew that it was simply a man or a woman riding a horse insignificantly. It was not its business. Little did it know the significance of the horse and its rider...
“Hyah!” a female voice bellowed as it waved the reins on her hands as she rose and dropped in time with the galloping of her steed, a black thoroughbred, which she rode. They shot through the dusty ground creating a haze of dust behind them. Her blade, a steel long sword, rocked from its hilt attached to the horse’ saddle. Strands of dark blonde hair made their way on her face, which she ignored completely. Her chainmail jingled along her chest and thighs.
She had departed from her company of thirteen along with two riders. However, at the last minute, she veered away from the other two and made her way here.
She had a special mission.
Once again, she was made to leave her highness against her will. She had preferred standing by her side to defend her against anyone that threatened her. She was willing to give up her life for her highness. That was her loyalty.
That was her stand.
However, orders were above her personal decision. She obeyed without hesitation. She would come back later to fulfil her loyalty towards her princess.
Her attention snapped back as she heard an explosion and saw an expansion of dust along one of the castle rooftops. She couldn’t see what their cause was. However, she knew that whatever lies there could provide her clues to her search.
“Hyah!” she waved her reins once again as a new wave of determination swept over her. “In the name of Hildegard von Krone, I, Gerhilde, shall find you!” she declared.

[HP=20/50] Talim coughed out blood as the sharp ribs hit her. It was only thanks to her small body and quick agility, that she managed to dodge four of them by quickly stepping forward into the empty space. But she was completely caught off guard as a high energy ball collided with her. At the very last second, she did her best to transfer the energy from the ball into the wind. It was still too late as she and parts of the roof absorbed three quarters of the destructive powers.
Talim felt her eyes grow heavy as she dropped off the crumbling part of the roof and down into the cold grey waters below. It felt as if she was dropping in slow motion and she wondered briefly if she was going to die.
As her eyes closed, the last thing she saw was Algol peering down at her with a slightly regretful expression, as if sorrowing over the fact that someone as young as her should carry so much burdens and pain at such an age. That was her last thought as her body hit the frigid waters.

Algol sighs as he shakes his head as she plummeted into the waters below. While he doubts she can hear him, he speaks to her anyways.
"Foolish mortal. Even if you felt just in your beliefs, it was wrongfully placed."
Whether she survived the fall or not, he did not particularly care at the moment. The Hero King mentally summoned his throne from behind him and sat down, leaning into the throne's back and resting from his tussle. Right as he did, he heard Gerhilde's voice from afar. Afterwards, he talks to himself, tapping his fingers on the arm rest.
"Hrm? Another one seeks audience with me? Well, whatever."

There was a burly male having a melee with a small female. The female one, possibly just a girl, stood at the edge of the roof in a final stand.
Gerhilde’s heart stopped for her. Should she fail from her defense, she should fall from her place down the water below.
As the girl stepped forward in a final surge of attack, out of the body of the burly man came sharp bony protuberances that struck his opponent. Then, there was an explosion as a ball of light expanded and engulfed the two warriors.
Smoke replaced the light. The next thing Gerhilde saw was the figure of the female falling from the dusty cloud and from the roof, into the waters of the moat surrounding the castle.
The first thing Gerhilde felt was fear. What was the creature that could make weapons and bony spikes appear from his body? Is he the clue to what she was searching? What about the girl? What would happen to her?
Gerhilde was torn between whom to approach. As she neared the entrance, she tugged her reins tight and yelled at her mount: “Whoa!”
She made up her mind. She had to rescue the girl. With that, she followed the coarse of the moat flowing away from her.
“Girl! Hold on!” she called out as she made her horse gallop to save the person floating along the river-like body of water, leaving a stain of red about her.

Astaroth awoke in a dark forest void of any signs of life. "What the hell" the hulking giant slowly stood up. "Damn" he brought both his giant hands to his head. His heart was beating fast and his head was pounding. He slowly observed his surroundings, he saw his axe in front of him and beyond that he could see the ruins of a castle infront of him. The giant picked up his axe and continued on to the castle. He was approaching the castle when he felt something strong. "A strong soul is close. No there is more" Astaroth brushed this off an continued on he was near the courtyard of the castle when he heard someone yell "Girl!Hold on" Astaroth looked around puzzled until he saw a young woman bleeding in a river. "Whats this?" Astaroth approached the woman in the river "heh heh you look pretty bad their" Astaroth could see she was still alive. He reached his axe out into the river and fished her in. Then with one hand flung the tiny woman over his left shoulder. "youlook important so i'll just keep you see if you can tell me whats been happening. I have been asleep for a while you know heh heh heh HAHAHAHAHA"

From a distant, Gerhilde watch in horror as an enormous being appeared from the forest carrying a gigantic axe and picking up the girl from the river that drifted towards... it. It was gigantic, standing nearly seven feet tall, taller than Gerhilde as she sat on her horse. Its skin was pale brown and far unlike any human: It looked like another monster.
Gerhilde began questioning her sanity, seeing two supernatural beings one right after another. She feared for this creature the moment it appeared from the forest. However, she feared more for the girl who was injured and was taken up by this monster. What was it going to do with her?
She ignored her fear and renewed her fierce determination. The girl’s life was in danger.
Leaning forward, she made her horse gallop faster. “Hyah!”
As she neared the humanoid being, she drew her longsword from its hilt and called out: “You! Creature! Stop and put the girl down!”
Blood was dribbling from the girl on its shoulder, crawling down the creature’s skin and dripping to the ground so that she left out a trail of blood.

Algol watches from above as Gerhilde chases down golem. Judging by their conversation, Talim seems to still be alive. As the three of them leave the area, the Hero King thinks there is no point in staying here any longer. A small portal appears right above him and his throne floats upwards right into it while still holding its master. He warps straight into Astral Chaos and the portal shuts behind him.

the giant golem continued along the path until a women in armor approached him on a horse “You! Creature! Stop and put the girl down!” Astaroth just stared at the women studying her for 2 minutes. Astaroth viewed her as weak and not worth his time. "SHUT UP!" Astaroth planned on walking right past her. He knew humans were puny, but he could tell this one was smart.

“Good,” she thought. “Atleast I could provide it with an element of surprise.”
As she and her steed came near him, she leapt from her horse and rolled to the ground swiftly and gracefully ending up upright several yards in front of the creature. She pointed her sword forward menacingly against it. She walked steadily closer to the creature as it did the same to her.
“I’m not afraid of you as you think!” she called out. “I warn you again and for the final time: put the girl down in an instant!”

Astaroth continued on past the woman thinking she would be too afraid to get in his way. Then suddenly she dived infront of the golem and raised his sword at him. “I’m not afraid of you as you think!” “I warn you again and for the final time: put the girl down in an instant!”
Astaroth stopped in his tracks. Astaroth let out a hearty laugh "HAH HAH HAH HAH" Astaroth continued on until his chest was practically in her face. Astaroth slowly looked down at her. "Dont be a fool. I can snap in you half like a twig. i gave you chance to get away. NOW SCRAM!"
