The vampire lead his minion in the dongeon where some half dead prisonners were chained to the wall. He simply told him :
"Pick one and drink."
Not too enthousiatic since he much prefered the hunt and to feel the fear from the life-loving humans, not those minless zombies who were now too weak to feel fear or anything anymore, Solnhofen went to one prisonner, grabbed him without any management or emotion like if he was a worthess thing and swiftly sank his fangs in his neck before he began to drink.
After a while the prisonner fell unconcious or dead, it was hard to tell, hands still tied to the shackles while his body became limp. Now sated, Solnhofen lost all interest in him and turned to Bangoo while wiping his mouth.
"Now come with me."
The assassin walked toward the stair and lead Bangoo through the castle before he came to a small bedroom with almost only a place for the small bed.
"You’ll sleep there. I'll come back for you after my sleep. Then we will go hunt that wolf cub."
Solnhofen then left his pupil to go to his own bedroom which had some more luxury and furniture, being decorated with many weapons, animal furs and trophies and even a few human ones.

At the end of he afternoon, Solnhofen woke up from his rest. He put back his armour and prepared himself for the trip to Italy. Then he went to wake up his minion. He knocked on Bangoo's door.
"Wake up Bangoo! It's time!"
Not very patient, the malfested vampire opened the door as soon as he said that.
"Take your stuff and hurry up!
The vampire was feeling tyrannical so he didn't want to be contradicted right now. Yet since Bangoo was now his minion he did restrain his violence toward him, he would take it out on someone else along the way unless Bangoo was disobedient.
"You better be prepared. You'll prove your worth to me during that mission."
Leaning on the wall as he waited for Bangoo to get ready, he crossed his arms and continued speaking.
"You'll also prove your worth to Soul Edge..."

Solnhofen gazed at Bangoo and narrowed his eyes in annoyance. That boy still looked so untamed… It reminded him of Tira… How he had troubles with her… How he wanted to kill her sometimes…
At least Bangoo was less crazy and more obedient than Tira but even if he was obeying, he had that slightly defiant air getting on his master’s nerves. Like if he wasn’t completely submissive… He was obeying but showing his displeasure and asking questions.
Yet the vampire didn’t know if he prefered that or wanted to have a docile sheep following him. He would so despise such a sheep…
Bangoo was a minion but somehow Solnhofen considered him to also be his pupil. It was better that his pupil had a spine. Beside in the Birds of passage, it was like that : the pupil had to stand up. He had to stand up and kill the teacher… They weren’t raising them to become helpless sheeps… Even if Solhnofen had no intention of letting his pupil kill him one day, the assassin had been raised with that kind of mentality. He, himself, had killed his master to survive and go up in the hierarchy, as all the others birds of passage had done… Only the weaklings failed to do it…
Solnhofen told Bangoo :
"You’ll capture the wolfcub… I expect you to beat him and take him prisonner. Only the strong can hope to be worthy of serving Soul Edge. The others are only made to serve us and be our slaves or be killed. By serving me, you have a chance to be among the winners, so you must show you are worthy of it… Now come, we have to meet Voldo."

Solnhofen laughed at Bangoo’s reaction toward Voldo. This time he appreciated his pupil’s reply.
"So you noticed? Well then you’ll be prepared if we kill him later… Even though it doesn’t look like he comes from our human world, he’s Italian so he could be useful in Venice… maybe."
The assassin wondered indeed if Voldo would really be useful and made a small pause before he continued.
"It doesn’t mean that because he is Italian he knows Venice but he may be able to help us anyway. Not by speaking Italian of course… with all those strange sounds he makes, I bet any normal Italian would flee before him… or try to exorcise him… I even do wonder if he is known in Italy and how they speak of him… Maybe he is renowed as the biggest freak… Maybe parents use him to scare their children like some sandman… Voldo will come if you do not go to bed!"
The vampire began to get out of the room.
"Maybe the Inquisition is even looking for him… Yet he would fit well during Venice’s carnival… Full of freaks… No need to disguise as such since he is naturally one…"
Solhnofen seemed to have fun bitching Voldo but he stopped since they were about to meet that freak. So no need to not get along already… He only added:
"He could always be useful for his fighting talents. You'll have to get used to go in missions with people you don't like."

Solnhofen smiled once more at his minion's eagerness to kill Voldo. It would be interestng to see that fight...
"You could try… But I tell you, the freak is very agile and lethal…"
Solnhofen continued walking to the hallway were Voldo was supposed to meet them. They really had to go now.

Suddenly hearing the soft hissing surprised Solnhofen who stopped walking and turned toward Voldo. Since when did that creep was there? Did he just arrived? Had he heard all they said about him? Whatever.
Beside it's probably not like Voldo would think they liked him... There wasn't much people liking other people around here... Any could probably be killed by any other anytime. Solnhofen wasn't trusting any of his allies and they probably didn't trust him either. Even though his bond with Bangoo was better than with that freak Voldo of course since the boy was his minion...
But even considered as his pupil, Bangoo was still only a servant... a not completely mindless servant... So Solnhofen did not completely trust him even if he respected him more for this in fact.
The vampire then said to the weird-looking man:
"Fine you're here. So let's go to Italy. We don't have time to lose."
He then adressed his minion on a more happy tone as he reached the stables.
"So Bangoo, are you eager to taste some wolf? Don't kill him we will need him for Soul Edge but nothing stops you from tasting a bit..."

Solnhofen didn't notice Voldo's slighly irritated tone but noticed Bangoo's small smile and he smiled as well. He liked it when his pupil showed good dispositions...
He then mounted on his black horse and began to ride toward Osthreinsburg's gate. They had all night to ride and they would have to stop during the day, or at least not go for too long under the sun since he and Bangoo would turn weak and maybe even burn. Solnhofen never really tested to which degree he could burn but did notice the sun was incomodating him and increasingly burning him when he was out for too long, so they had to cover as much as they could during the night. With his pale skin Voldo must not like the sun either...
Beside tonight was a beautiful full moon so little werewolf would probably howl at it for the last time, at least as a free cub...
