"You're right, I'm from South Korea. Jirisan. It's not too far off the coastline."
Not too far off the coastline... Then her family must be in more danger from the invasion... Setsuka felt sorry for her and hoped nothing would happen to her family, if Seong-Mina had a family.
"So, have you come to train here with seonsang-nim too?"
Edgemaster seemed to have a lot of students indeed. He lived in a remote location and already two students appeared. But Edgemaster seemed indeed to be a very good master, he was wise and knowledgeable. And still was in a very great shape as she could see with his fight earlier. He was really special. kilik and Seong-Mina must be honored to train with him.
"No. In fact, during my travels, I got malfested by a man I fought. Edgemaster saved me."

"Jinjja?!* Malfested?" Seong Mina blinked rapidly, her mouth gaped in awe.
There were so many people who were prone to becoming malfested... anyone could be affected: her family, her friends, herself even... The more she had heard about people falling under malfestation, the more Mina grew anxious of her family's and friend's wellbeing.
"That must have been terrible... I hope you're okay now, right?" Seong Mina asked, a frown of sympathy upon her face.
*Jinjja?! - Really/Seriously?!

"That must have been terrible... I hope you're okay now, right?"
Setsuka looked at her arm were she had been wounded and infected by Cervantes’ Soul Edge sword, then smiled at Seong-Mina.
"Yes, I do feel great now. But when it happened I did feel very scared and depressed. And angry. I began to feel weak and feverish and it worsened as time went by and I didn’t really know what to do…"
Setsuka remembered the way she felt then… She never wanted to feel that way again. Aside from the physical weak state, she felt so alone… She had no one to help her or to turn to… She felt like if her life was over… She would turn into a monster… and kill people… She did begin to feel strange at the evil-invaded temple… She felt this evil slowly growing inside her…
"But I have been saved. I went to the Ling-Sheng Su Temple, hoping to find the monks and found Edgemaster. He then took me here and purified me."
She turned to Edgemaster and bowed her head to him again. A look of gratefulness appeared in her eyes as she looked at the old man.
"Arigatô, Edgemaster-san. You saved my life. I am forever in your debt."
But she felt sad for all the malfested who didn't have her chance. This Soul Edge really had to be neutralised if not destroyed. She turned toward Seong-Mina once more.
"So you came here to train, Seong-Mina-san? Do you know how to purify evil energy?"

Edge Master smiles at Setsuka's thanks.
"You are quite welcome, Setsuka."
He then turns back to Mi-na.
"By the way, you mentioned earlier that you were looking for me. What is it that you need?"

"Ah, I see..." Mina nodded at Setsuka, before a pout formed on her lips at the mention of purification.
She hadn't the slightest clue how to... learning purification would come in good use in the future if she were ever to encounter a malfested, whether these be strangers or someone she knew...
"Anniyo, I don't know how..." Seong Mina frowned, facing Edge Master with a smile. "I was hoping seonsang-nim would teach me the ways of purification since that is something I need to learn..."[avatar]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7579/soulcaliburivseungmina0.jpg[/avatar]

Edge Master raised his eyebrow at Mi-na's request because it seems rather unexpected from her.
"You want a start purification training? This is a technique that requires a long time to even show results, let alone master. Even then, most people can't even grasp the mere basics of it."

After a while Setsuka got up and politely bowed to the wise old man.
"Well, Edgemaster-san, I think I will go now. I don't want to abuse your hospitality. But I am extremely grateful to what you did for me and if I can repay you somehow, I'll be glad to do it. Now I will continue my journey to Europe"

Edge Master nods. "Very well then. Though if you are looking for the cursed sword. I suggest you be more cautious next time. You don't want to become manifested again, right?"

Remembering how she felt desperate and scared when she got malfested, Setsuka nodded.
"Indeed, next time, I'll be more cautious. But I'll still go after the sword and people who know about it, to get rid of it. Sayonara, Edgemaster-san,."
Taking her umbrella and bowing once more to Edgemaster, Setsuka left the place. The cool mountain air felt so good... Really Edgemaster had chosen the best place to live, to train his students and to make wonderful tea.
