As the snow was falling on the small village of tsaritsyne, a man was holding some villager as he was biting her neck and drinking her blood. After a while, he let go of his now dead victim and looked around. With the two other victims he made today, he probably succeeded in luring his main victim here... That simple and kind boy he was looking for was probably concerned about those murders and would probably do something......

Having wondered aimlessly through the streets of Russia, Bangoo was beginning to grow restless. He was getting nowhere, hardly spoke the language here, and was getting increasingly worried about his father. He now knew all about Soul Edge's deeds, as the rumours had spread across the globe like wildfire, and though he knew Rock was a strong man, the Cursed Sword was stronger.
Suddenly, something stopped him in his tracks, and he paused while passing a grim-looking tavern. There seemed to be something strange taking place in the middle of the village square. There was nobody around to see, perhaps they had all fled... or perhaps the villagers were not aware... but as Bangoo moved closer to the figures in the distance, he realised who - what - it was...
No... it couldn't... be...
Someone was holding a woman towards him, seemingly draining the blood from her neck before dropping her corpse carelessly.
A vampire...?
Bangoo strode forwards boldly, unsheathing his weapon, and noticed a few more unlucky victims surrounding the creature.
'Who are you?' he demanded, sounding much braver than he felt.
---
Rock was not much of a drinker, but he felt he needed the alcohol to keep him going. Once again, he found himself in a tavern, though this time in the cold Russian village of Tsaritsyne. It was in this tavern that the only life in the village seemed to be, and though Rock understood next to nothing that the Russians were saying, they had welcomed him warmly - and with plenty of vodka.
Yet there was one thing and one thing only on his mind: Bangoo - and who knew when - if - he would ever find him...?[avatar]http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8c697ULdi1rab50go1_250.png[/avatar]

'Who are you?'
Realizing that Bangoo finally noticed him, Solnhofen turned toward him and smiled wickedly, his mouth still bloodied from his last victim's blood. With a swift move of his hand, he wiped most of it but with his sharp fangs and glowing red eyes, he still was a frightening sight…
"My name is Solnhofen… But let’s get better acquainted, little boy… I want to see if you are a grown up now… Did your daddy trained you well?"
Then looking down at his last victim, he added :
"Oh I forgot… How rude of me… Would you want something to drink first? Maybe you’ll wish to later? You'll see, you'll like it…"
Solnhofen knew he would not be able to turn Bangoo into a minion before he got Soul Edge’s permission but the threat was amusing… After giving another scary smile to the young man, the vampire began to walk toward his new victim while unsheathing his rapier.

Bangoo's eyes narrowed, and he gripped his weapon. He could tell this... thing was up to no good - but how did he know him?
Not that it mattered.
'Whatever you want from me, you're not going to get it,' he growled, and crouched into his fighting stance.
It was time to make his father proud.[avatar]http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8c697ULdi1rab50go1_250.png[/avatar]

'Whatever you want from me, you're not going to get it,' Solnhofen laughed again. He was delighted at Bangoo’s defiant attitude. It seemed he was not a fearful kid, running away at the first sight of trouble… To crush him shall be worth it… The boy will fear him later… He shall beg him… Solnhofen's red eyes glowed in expectation as he gave another wicked smile to his adversary.
"That’s what I wanted to hear… You look promising… Soul Edge will be happy…"
With a swift motion, the vampire put back his mask then told the young man:
"But know that there is no possiblity of victory for you."
Solnhofen then launched at Bangoo, aiming at his right arm, trying to impale him with his blade.
"Now! Cry out in fear!"

Bangoo's eyes widened.
Soul Edge?
The Cursed Sword his father had told him about! But what did Solnhofen want with -
Then it dawned on him. He wanted minions.
"But know that there is no possiblity of victory for you. Now! Cry out in fear!"
Bangoo's thoughts were interrupted when the vampire launched himself at him. He barely managed to evade the blow, but received a large gash on his arm in the process. Snarling, Bangoo swung his mace, aiming for Solnhofen's chest.[avatar]http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8c697ULdi1rab50go1_250.png[/avatar]

Bangoo reacted faster than the vampire had thought and the wound the young man received was not as bad as Solnhofen intended it to be. It didn’t stop the young boy to strike back with his heavy weapon.
Completely opened after his strike, Solnhofen received the blow strongly in the chest, lost his breath and fell back in the snow. He quickly got up while putting a hand on his hurting chest. He was glad to have a chainmail right now even though chainmail was not the best thing against blunt weapon…
"Ungh… You’re not bad, little boy… You’re not bad… That was a good hit…"
Even though the hit was not too serious, Solnhofen still seemed to feel it as he slightly groaned in pain. He only intended to test Bangoo first, to play with him for a while and see his fear gradually grow. He wanted to study him before he would really get serious… But he may have underestimated his adversary… Now the boy deserved to be taken seriously… and handled more roughly.
"But don’t you know that you should not aim where people have armour? Though your weapon is quite powerful but you should hit uncovered parts, like this!"
But as he threw himself once more at the young man, whirling gracefully and aiming for Bangoo’s chest, Solnhofen suddenly changed his move and slashed at Bangoo’s legs, trying to deceive his parry.

Bangoo raised his weapon in defence, seeing that Solnhofen was aiming for his chest, but a split-second later he felt an agonising pain in his legs as he realised the vampire had tricked him.
He collapsed, a howl of pain escaping his lips, his grip on his weapon loosening, before he growled and staggered back to his feet again. The pain was immense, and he knew he had now been slowed down considerably.
Yet he could not lose!
With a snarl of rage, he bolted forwards, stumbling slightly. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed the Russian villagers beginning to come out of the buildings - no doubt they had heard the clash of weapons shatter the silence. Trying to ignore the people and the pain, Bangoo aimed a blow at the creature's head.
---
There was no mistaking the cry of agony that sounded outside and everyone in the tavern, including Rock, stopped what they were doing. One of the men hastily put down the bottle of vodka he was holding and glanced out of the window before turning back to the others and pointing.
'Smotri! Yes't draka!'
Within minutes many of the people in the tavern went to watch - most of them rushing outside for a better view. Rock supposed he should join them - they seemed entertained. As he passed the window, however, he caught sight of a mace - a mace that was all too familiar.
No, it couldn't be...
He stared at the figure holding it, who had just been knocked down after a swift blow to the legs, but as he lifted his face and the lamps in the street illuminated his features, he recognised him immediately.
Rock's eyes widened and before he knew it he had grabbed his weapon and pushed past the villagers until he was outside.
'Bangoo!'

Solnhofen laughed as Bangoo got tricked by his little ruse.
"To feign some hits is also a good way to get the enemy… I’ll teach you a lot once you join us…"
Solnhofen then easily sidestepped the hit Bangoo intented to give him since Bangoo was wounded and slower while the vampire with his supernatural powers and assassin’s training was faster.
But he got annoyed as the villagers came outside the tavern, witnessing the fight. Yet he knew they would not dare do a thing… people in general were such cowards… Yet when this large man came outside shooting Bangoo's name, the assassin widened his eyes in surprise. His father? He is here?
No time to lose!
Knowing he would have difficulties fighting both of them and that it may even give the villagers some courage since someone was acting, Solnhofen quickly disappeared and teleported behind Bangoo. With a swift move, he brutally grabbed Bangoo by the neck and violently hit him with the hilt of his rapier to knock him out while he began dragging him toward some sledge. Tied to the sledge were what appeared to be rabid malfested wolves, snarling and having reddish eyes. As he was backing away, the vampire told Rock:
"Don’t you dare move! Or your boy dies!"

'I would never join you,' Bangoo spat, raising his weapon for another hit.
'Bangoo!'
The shout made him lose his focus for a moment and he spun around - he knew that voice.
And there he was, gripping his mace, his eyes wide and fierce, in the middle of an ever-growing crowd.
'Ro-!'
There was a flurry of fabric and metal and everything went black.
---
"Don’t you dare move! Or your boy dies!"
Rock glared at the creature, vaguely aware of the villagers backing away from the scene at the sight of the boy being held hostage.
'Get away from my son, you piece of filth,' he snarled, yet he found himself obeying the man's command. 'Who are you - and what do you want with Bangoo?'[avatar]http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8c697ULdi1rab50go1_250.png[/avatar]

Piece of filth? Deeply insulted by the contemptuous way Rock adressed him, Solnhofen narrowed his eyes and muttered :
"You’ll regret your insult…"
The vampire then adressed Rock more loudly.
"Don't worry, I won’t kill him… and I won’t kill you, for now… But maybe Bangoo will kill you later…"
Then still dragging the unconscious Bangoo, the evil man threw him in the sledge before he quickly got on as well and whipped the wolves so that they began to ride away. He was glad Rock had obeyed and not approached but he probably won't obey for too long. He then shouted to the enraged father as the wolves began to run:
"Don't blame me, blame fate!"

"Don't worry, I won’t kill him… and I won’t kill you, for now… But maybe Bangoo will kill you later…"
Then it dawned on him. He wanted Bangoo to serve him in some way? To corrupt him...
He knew the vampire wasn't about to kill him if he wanted him that badly.
"Don't blame me, blame fate!"
The wolves began to run, and in that instant Rock knew he had to at least try and catch up to them - but who knew how successful he'd be...?
He bolted after them, but the rest of the villagers held him back, yelling in rapid-fire Russian. They were too far away now, and Rock could only let out his grief and anger at having let his son slip through his fingers again.
'You will be sorry you challenged me, you dog!' he screamed furiously, 'be certain of that!'[avatar]http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8c207Sbit1rab50go1_250.png[/avatar]

'You will be sorry you challenged me, you dog!' he screamed furiously, 'be certain of that!'
"See you later then, maggot! We'll wait for you! Hahahahhah!"
Solnhofen laughed as the villagers held the strong man to prevent him from running after them. They were right; with his wolves, he was far too fast for Rock but he also had heard some stories about Rock and that man seemed quite special… What he was able to do was almost inhuman… Well technically he was like that thing that served Soul Edge for a while… Astaroth…
But whatever now Solnhofen left with Bangoo and didn’t stop for a while until he felt it was safe to do so. He then tied Bangoo to make sure the young boy would not get away when he would wake up, Bangoo seemed quite strong himself…
While looking at him, he noticed the blood from the wounds. Maybe he should put some bandages on it so that he didn’t die of bleeding… Soul Edge wanted the boy alive… And Bangoo’s leg wounds were quite deep since Solnhofen wanted him to not be able to walk for a while…
But seeing his blood gave some urge to the vampire… Yet Solnhofen wasn’t sure if he could bite him… Again he could not kill him and he didn’t know if he could make him his minion either… So he quickly put something to prevent some hemorrhage and continued on his way toward Germany. He’ll have plenty of victims to take blood from on the way… No need to take the boy’s blood… Beside Bangoo seemed strong, he deserved to live and to serve Soul Edge…
