Three years had passed... Within these three years, an outgoing, headstrong girl can flourish into a mature, responsible woman.
This girl was Seong Mina.
Seong Mina, due to her father falling unwell, had decided to take up her father's dojong, knowing she was the heir, and destined to lead the dojang for the next generation.
For three years, Seong Mina had been teaching the younger students how to fight in the position of her father. Yet, in the back of her mind, she knew that something was wrong...
Yun Seong had been missing...
Mina, feeling as though she was the sister figure in his life, worried sick about Yun and the disappearance, yet she was unable to go after him as she had to tend to her father's dojo.
She would go through sleepless nights wondering where her younger brother figure had gone, and more importantly, where was he now?
-----
The sun beamed down onto the entirety of Korea, the rays of light glinting off her blade as she spun her zanbatou in the air, the sound of the halberd slicing through the air echoing across the silent grounds of the Seong Dojang.
Since Mina was a lenient teacher, she had allowed the students of the dojo to be let home early, so that she had more time to practice her own sword art.
Doves sat on the nearby pagoda style statue, watching with awe at the Seong Mina's routine. However, a few minutes later, the white birds had tilted their head at the entrance, before letting out an immediate cry, flying away open watching whoever had come through the gates...
Seong Mina, being entirely focused on her demonstration, had not noticed the person come through the entrance until she had finished... Wiping her forehead with a smile, she had turned around to find a man of whom she did not recognize at first, until...
"YUN!" Seong Mina rejoiced as she had leaped up with a beaming grin, half sprinting towards him before locking him into a welcoming embrace, her head nuzzled against his. "You know how long I have been waiting for you? THREE YEARS. I was worried sick! Where have you been, mister?" Seong Mina scolded lightly, unaware of his condition...

Yes. A lot of years passed by since they saw each other the last time but still. Time passed by as if it's blown away by the wind itself. If people have a usefull business in their life, or even enjoy their current situation, the days end faster and faster, until you can't really keep up. You still enjoy it anyways.
Which was actually different to Yun's situation. He didn't enjoy his situation, either had a business which he kept on going over and over again until he reached his limits ... He didn't cause is over-trainings, either that dark demon inside him is doing this ...
However, as Mina embraced Yun into a quality and tender hug, he simply listens to her questions of his disapearance and the tad bit of yelling she usualy does. In his back-mind, it was indeed neat to see his sister-figure again, but he won't really share anymore emotions in front of her, rather quit and .... pretty much neutral and cold. He won't turn too soft in her presence.
Yun's hand reaches the back of her shoulder and touches it slowly and carefully, sighing quit to himself as he tries to get out some words of greets to assure the young Korean girl. "... Hey Mina ... Long time no see." he says with a lighly smirk on his lips.[avatar]http://i47.tinypic.com/6hnbwn.png[/avatar]

"... Hey Mina ... Long time no see."
Mina had felt Yun pat her lightly, as though to tell her to stop hugging him, and so Mina followed suit, parting herself away from Yun Seong to properly observe him.
His eyes had sunken, from what Mina had assumed to be lack of sleep. Rather than his usual arrogant demeanor; this was replaced with a much more quiet, less talkative personality.
A person can change drastically in three years... Seong Mina knew that herself, she was one of them. However... there was a difference in changing for the better, and changing for the worse... Mina had the feeling Yun had changed for the latter of the two...
"Yun...? What's happened..." Mina felt something was wrong, and she was determined to find out what it was...[avatar]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7579/soulcaliburivseungmina0.jpg[/avatar]

"Hmm ....? ... Nothing much happened ..." His eyes then turned rather more to the side of Mina to look over to the dojang he used to train with loads of other people, his master, or with Mina herself. Now he rather wouldn't care to train with two more people. Would be easier for him if they don't talk too much of course.
Yun passes a bit away from the korean girl to consider his old training place some more to remember the old memories again, thought they won't realy appear that fast again, since his mind is completely dazzed and darken because of his gloomy-turned soul. His expression is still neutral. "... It really has been a while ..." he whispered to himself.[avatar]http://i47.tinypic.com/6hnbwn.png[/avatar]

"Hmm ....? ... Nothing much happened ..."
Yun's response causes Mina to grow mildly irritated by his attitude. "Nothing much happened..?! Nothing? For three years nothing happened, huh?" Mina's eyebrows furrowed as her voice echoed across the courtyard, Yun's back now turned to her as he wandered a little further into the dojang grounds.
Mina didn't care about what he had been doing for the past couple of years. She cared about what had happened to the old Yun... the Yun who had boasted, bragged, and teased Mina. Not this man standing right in front of her.
"No, Yun. What's happened to you."
Seong Mina caught his shoulder and swiveled him around to face her once again to answer her question honestly. Her hazel eyes stared into his, awaiting his reply.[avatar]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7579/soulcaliburivseungmina0.jpg[/avatar]

One of his hands move up to the left side of his shoulder and pat the hand of Mina to give her the little bit of feeling 'I'm fine, you don't need to wory'. It's rather a warming touch he wanted to cause.
"Like i said, nothing happened to me. I'm alright ... You really don't need to worry about anything." Thought he actually wanted to avoid any closer contact to her, she seriously can't accept the fact that he change and keep nags on him. Mina can't even leave him alone for a minute for even being like THIS.
However, a lighly smile (also a little chuckle after) appeared upon his lips to calm the korean girl down and make her somehow ease again. His eyes move once again away from hers and keep analyse the ground just to get the needed feeling to his old dojang again or simply get used to this place again.[avatar]http://i47.tinypic.com/6hnbwn.png[/avatar]

"Like i said, nothing happened to me. I'm alright ... You really don't need to worry about anything."
Despite her previous agitation, Seong Mina begun to calm down upon Yun's reassurance, although she was still slightly wary about the whole situation.
Perhaps he lacked sleep... Mina thought she could cheer him up through preparing lunch for the returned warrior.
"Are you hungry? Do you wanna eat something? I can make something for you if ya want..."
She would be fairly irritated herself if she was to be greeted by a nagging friend after travelling for so long. Perhaps after some rest and some food, he can begin to open up to her.
The secret to a man's feelings is through his stomach![avatar]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7579/soulcaliburivseungmina0.jpg[/avatar]

"Are you hungry? Do you wanna eat something? I can make something for you if ya want..."
He was actually doing Mina a little favor in showing the bit of feelings he has left ... or what Soul Edge left for him, thought all of them are simply fake. Nethertheless he acts those emotions pretty well, so how on earth would Mina ever come to the fact he's possesed anyhow or perhaps changed in a strange way? However, at least he should play with the whole stuff and aprove for the sudden dinner suggestion.
"Hmm ... Sure. Why not. What would you have in mind to cook?" he said, with a little smile on his lips, waiting for the korean girls answer.[avatar]http://i47.tinypic.com/6hnbwn.png[/avatar]

"Hmm ... Sure. Why not. What would you have in mind to cook?"
"Um..." Seong Mina paused, a finger on her lips in deep thought, until she grinned upon reminding herself of Yun's favourite food. "Hey, what about Kimchi*?"
The suggestion of Kimchi would further test whether Yun has truly changed or not... accepting the suggestion of Kimchi would mean that the Yun she knew was hidden beneath the layer of depression, whilst rejecting the idea meant that Yun was another man in her eyes...
"Maybe he needs some Makgeolli**... he's old enough for it now..." Mina whispered to herself in a pondering fashion.
*Kimchi ~ A type of fermented vegetable dish usually served alongside other dishes or as a light snack, including cabbage, peppers, and other spices
**Makgeolli ~ A type of rice wine, similar to the Japanese sake. [avatar]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7579/soulcaliburivseungmina0.jpg[/avatar]

"Kimchi ...." He ponders for a little moment and thinks if it wouldn't be a litle bit of work for the korean girl. After all, he just came back and she was exited enough for seeing him, including the sudden angry reaction towards his personality, but if he would avoid this special meal he used to eat since he was a toddler, Mina would have another reason to investigate him for the rest of the day.
Thought the stuff she just mumbled - something about Makgeolli - seemed like she tries to get him ... well, 'drunk'. However, he just had to play with, or else it would get worse than it was supposed to be. He simply wants his peace. "Well ... Why not, sounds fine ... Whatever may please us."[avatar]http://i47.tinypic.com/6hnbwn.png[/avatar]

"Well ... Why not, sounds fine ... Whatever may please us."
Mina grinned, now glad that he was alright with having kimchi and makgeolli. "Alright, makgeolli and kimchi it is! C'mon Yun!" The Korean woman gestured Yun Seong inside the dojang as she heaved open the sliding doors, slipping inside to place her trusted zanbatou on the metallic rack.
The interiors of the dojang was almost as vast as the courtyard, the floors cascading into the centre, where a short, square table and four cushioned seats were placed, the walls embellishing painted tapestries of the family heirlooms of the Seong family dojang.
It was at this table where Mina had placed two bowls and two pairs of chopsticks, in which she dished out from the cupboard near the weapon rack, before letting out a smirk to Yun.
"I'm gonna go to the kitchen, kay? Stay here." Mina smiled broadly, hoping that Yun Seong will lighten up sooner or later, before she disappeared behind a wall, heading towards the place in which kimchi and makgeolli were found...[avatar]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7579/soulcaliburivseungmina0.jpg[/avatar]
